Return Policy
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number before returning an item. We will provide return instructions.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For other approved returns, the customer pays return shipping.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange an agreed refund method. Original delivery shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order number and photos showing the issue.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost after checking the issue. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.
Exchange Policy
Size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. The customer pays exchange shipping, except when we sent the wrong item.
These policies do not limit your rights under applicable law.
